Ara Hill…so expensive?

Every time i recommended Ara Hill to buyers, one of the most initial response from them would be… “I have never heard of this place and why is it so costly?” Interestingly,most of my customers who gave that initial response would still choose to purchase after much contemplation. The question is… is it really that expensive, and why are people still buying? Below are some of the conclusions I have drawn out from these buyers’ deciding factors:

1)RESORTS HOME WITHIN CITY LIMIT .Is the only residential area in the city that helps me escape from the hustle and bustle. I feel at peace and home once I enter this place, if i can spend so much on a single city get-away trip…. why not invest in a home that allows me to feel like holidaying everyday and is long term? said one of the customers. Very wise indeed!

2) POTENTIAL BIG RETURNS.The price of houses in Ara Damansara has grown almost near to 3 times it’s initial price in just 10 years! Ara Hill condos price is now selling not more than one times it’s initial price, indicating the potential of growth is huge and most likely will follow the growth pattern of all the houses in Ara Hill. Typical Investor’s point of view…

3)VALUE FOR MONEY. The recently launched Ara Green is already selling at least RM 700 psf with700 units in a land area of only 7.0 acre! Comparing with Ara Hill Condo average asking price of RM 550- 650 psf (condo & villa) with only 400 units in total land area of 16 acre!

Impressive. One of the many words i can use to describe this place. Recently developed by Sime Darby, Oasis gives far more than just a place for business, it also provides lovely homes in the serviced suites above. Retail outlets line the paved walkways, overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens and a magnificent water canal. The freehold office suites on the other hand, have spacious floor plans and are affordably priced. Even if not for business, this place would definitely be a worthwhile investment due to its potential capital appreciation.

A few of the many perks this place has would be the 24 hour security patrols, 24 hour security surveillance, the disability access and the maintenance services. And for those like me who simply can’t stand the thought of circling around the area hopelessly looking for a parking spot, eyes scanning around ferociously like 5 children would over the last chocolate chip cookie on the counter, fear not! For Oasis has provided a total of FIVE THOUSAND parking bays..
