Recently developed by Sime Darby, Oasis gives far more than just a place for business, it also provides lovely homes in the serviced suites above. Retail outlets line the paved walkways, overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens and a magnificent water canal. The freehold office suites on the other hand, have spacious floor plans and are affordably priced. Even if not for business, this place would definitely be a worthwhile investment due to its potential capital appreciation.
A few of the many perks this place has would be the 24 hour security patrols, 24 hour security surveillance, the disability access and the maintenance services. And for those like me who simply can’t stand the thought of circling around the area hopelessly looking for a parking spot, eyes scanning around ferociously like 5 children would over the last chocolate chip cookie on the counter, fear not!
